Conveying Systems
A+F fully automated and completely integrated material handling and conveying system for inline production connecting rotary or platen cutting equipment with folder gluers. Stacks of cartons are automatically transported, turned, aligned and fed into folder gluer hoppers without any operating personnel eliminating ergonomic issues related to stacking and moving single streamed cartons manually. Total system can be tailored to specific and individual local requirements and plant layouts to guarantee optimum production output. Custom engineered buffer areas will result in lowest downtime and highest productivity of inline cutting and gluing operation.
System components include conveying belts for smooth stack transportation, right angle turning devices, turn tables to align reverse nested cartons, carts moving great number of stacks across heavy traffic aisles, light bearers guaranteeing optimal material flow and buffer utilization as well as lifting devices to feed stacks of cartons into folder gluer.
